Eligibility for Returns
You can return any unopened and unused skin care products within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products, for hygiene and safety reasons. Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that were not purchased directly from our website.
To return a product, please contact us at email@example.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the products. Please ensure that you include the original invoice or order confirmation with your return package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the products to ensure that they meet our eligibility criteria. If the products are eligible for return, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
Refund: We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note that we do not refund the cost of postage and packaging.
Exchange: We will send the replacement product to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you, subject to availability.
